RULES FOR THE DELIVERY OF PRINTED INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE FOR POLDENT PRODUCTS:

  1. Orders for printed Instructions for Use for products offered by Poldent may be placed by e-mail at the address: poldent@poldent.pl or via the order form available on the website ifu.poldent.pl.
  2. Receiving the Instructions for Use in printed form requires the ordering party to provide basic personal and address data. The rules for the processing of personal data of individuals placing such orders are specified in the Privacy Policy for users of the ifu.poldent.pl website.
  3. Orders for printed Instructions for Use are fulfilled within 7 calendar days from the date the order is placed. If the printed version of the Instruction for Use is ordered together with products purchased from Poldent, the order for the printed instruction will be fulfilled together with the product order (the printed instruction will be included with the ordered products).
  4. Deliveries of printed Instructions for Use are carried out exclusively within the territory of the European Union and the European Economic Area. Poldent does not deliver to addresses located outside this territory.
  5. The choice of delivery provider is made by Poldent, taking into account any suggestions from the ordering party.
  6. The cost of printing and delivering the printed Instructions for Use to the ordering party is borne by Poldent, subject to the provisions of point 7 and 8 below.
  7. The quantity of printed Instructions for Use ordered should be indicated by the ordering party when placing the order. If no such quantity is indicated, the ordering party will receive one copy of the Instruction for Use.
  8. The ordering party is entitled to receive one free printed copy of the Instruction for Use for each package of Poldent product purchased for which the instruction is being ordered. If a greater number of printed Instructions for Use is ordered than the number of products purchased, Poldent has the right to deliver—within 7 calendar days, or, if such request was submitted together with the product order, on the date the ordered products are delivered—the number of printed Instructions for Use corresponding to the number of product packages ordered. For the remaining quantity, Poldent has the right to charge the ordering party for the cost of printing and delivery, and in such case Poldent may withhold delivery until payment is made.
  9. Any complaints related to the delivery of printed Instructions for Use must be submitted by e-mail at the address: poldent@poldent.pl within 7 days from the date of delivery. Complaints submitted after this deadline will not be considered.
